2025 Stewardship Luncheon

In late January, NeighborSpace hosted our third annual Stewardship Luncheon at Matthew’s 1600 restaurant in Catonsville. Initially conceived as a way to thank our stewardship partners for all of their hard work, the luncheon has also proven a way to foster communication and cooperation between various park stewards from park sites across Baltimore County.

Stewardship partners are absolutely vital to the work that NeighborSpace does. They are neighborhood leaders who donate hours of their time and energy to acquire, design, construct, and – most importantly – maintain their neighborhood sites. Alongside staff and Board members, we were fortunate enough to have representatives from eight NeighborSpace parks in attendance: Carroll Watkins Park, Chestnut Park, Graystone Community Open Space, Greenbrier Memorial Garden, Levickas Woods at Dunmore, Newburg Park, Powhatan Park, and Tollgate Wyndham Preserve.

We cannot thank our stewardship partners enough for all of your hard work, this year and every year. We are excited to join you all outside in 2025!
