June 21 @ 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Guided by Nancy Goldring, President of the Northeast Towson Improvement Association and NeighborSpace Board Member, we’ll meet at Adelaide Bentley Park for a tour of historic sites in East Towson and the story of Baltimore County’s oldest African-American community.
This event has limited spots, so registration is required. Please register here! https://forms.gle/hNHCo9wjXwDi8eyg7
NeighborSpace is able to provide the History Walk free of charge thanks to a Marilyn Hatza Memorial SHINE grant from Maryland Humanities. As such, this project has been financed in part with State Funds from the Maryland Historical Trust, an agency of the Maryland Department of Planning which is an instrumentality of the State of Maryland. However, project contents or opinions do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the Maryland Historical Trust or the Maryland Department of Planning.
I would love to come on the history walk and bring a friend, too!
